Controlled cooldown sequence
- 1Reduce burner output to 60% on HMI panel B-03
- 2Open auxiliary cooling valve V-12 — half turn counter-clockwise
- 3Verify exhaust damper E-04 is fully open (indicator should be green)
- 4Wait 60 seconds — temperature should drop at least 15°C per minute
If temperature does not drop within 90 seconds

Do not exceed 40 Nm on the override lever
Exceeding 40 Nm will shear the linkage pin. Replacement takes 30 minutes and requires Form M-204.
